1. You start with determining a specific Target Job for the resume, because unfocused recitations of all you have done in your career no longer produce results. If you experience problems prioritizing the right job(s) to pursue, Martin will help you think through the issues; once the resume is completed you’ll learn ways to quickly customize it for other jobs you might also want to go pursue.
    
2. Once we have an established focus with which to view your career, you gather information about your work history and the professional experience that will help tell your story most effectively.
    
3. Once the first two steps are complete, Martin assigns the most appropriate writer for the project from his exclusive team of deeply experienced and credentialed writers.
    
4. Then in direct communication with the writer, the first draft of your resume is usually crafted within 5-7 working days.
